Each piece’s prepared with a unique seasoning, 🤩my favorite had to be the Kome-koji Ponzu-marinated Tuna! The sauce with fermented rice left an exotic mix of sweet, savory and tang; magically enhancing the umami from the already-fresh and sweet tuna🤤 BEAUTIFUL.
Thank you @agux1988 for giving us a taste of the original kome-Koji paste, it was so tasty 😍 Gotta agree with @simplyb313 on enjoying 🍚 with it!•
